Established in 1996 as a professional partnership between two renowned lawyers from Bucharest, Mr. Victor Babiuc and Mr. Dan Sulica, the firm evolved during years in one of the most reliable and prestigious local law firms, currently having a number of 12 attorneys highly experienced in different areas of practice.
Since 1996 our attorneys have advised domestic and international trading companies, private investors and companies acting in the financial services field (banks, investment firms, non-banking financial companies, insurance companies, investment funds, asset management companies), as well as public institutions and authorities on their legal and commercial affairs, organisational development and litigation in Romania.
The members of our core team, who under the guidance of the firm’s founders took their first steps in the business legal service environment as early as the mid ‘90s, have been since then growing with the market itself, intensively accumulating expertise and increasingly broadening their professional horizons as this environment became more diverse and sophisticated. More than once being challenged to innovate and discover ingenious but reliable solutions for business that was getting ahead of the existing legislation and practice, they have in very short time become mature lawyers.
It was then the result of a natural process that at the beginning of 2006 three of the most experienced young partners, Ms. Adriana Puscas, Mr. Radu Protopopescu and Mr. Lucian Vonica become the new engines of the law firm, developing under a refreshed, more dynamic approach a streamline expertise in areas of legal business consultancy and litigation, while also preserving essential values of the firm such as highest quality of service, sound legal training, team stability and client care.
A set of values that led to many successful missions completed for our clients, recommending us as one of the important middle-size local law firms, with extensive multidisciplinary practice in Romania.
