Lucian Vonica, Senior Partner
Lucian VONICA is a partner in the firm and chief of the litigation department. He has extensive experience as a court lawyer, acting for either plaintiffs or defendants in commercial, administrative, insurance and insolvency claims or defenses. Prior to passing the bar exam and to making the first step into the lawyer profession, Lucian VONICA was educated and licensed as an engineer. At the end of 2008 Mr. Vonica became licensed insolvency practitioner.
Lucian Vonica joined the firm in 1997, when he graduated from one of the most prestigious law schools in Romania – the Law School of Bucharest University where he received his law degree.
Lucian VONICA has the right to plead in front of all Romanian courts of law, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the Constitutional Court.
Mr. VONICA coordinates the legal training program of the trainees in the area of litigation.
