Dorin Coza, Senior Attorney
Dorin-Costin COZA is a senior associate in the firm.
He assists clients in connection with a wide range of corporate and commercial law issues, including mergers and acquisitions. He also has considerable experience in real estates matters and contracts law. Moreover, Mr. Coza considers that in order to be a good lawyer, litigator experience is required.
Mr. Coza graduated the Law School of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi in 2001. While he was a student, he was a member of the Senate of the University and also vice-president and secretary general of the National Board of the European Law Students’ Association.
Mr. Coza joined our firm in 2002 and starting with the end of 2009 he will acquire the right to plead in front of all Romanian courts of law, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the Constitutional Court.
During holidays, Mr. Coza is an enthusiastic mountain biker; in July 2008 he successfully finished the TransAlp Challenge, one of toughest mountain bike races in the world.
