Ana-Maria HRIŢUC is a partner of our law firm.
Ana-Maria joined our team in 2009 after being an in-house attorney - legal manager of Germanos Group of companies in Romania - for 5 (five) years. She holds Romanian and Greek citizenship.
She provided legal services regarding the entire aspects of Greek minorities in Romania representing the interests of Greek Union in Romania. Between March 2003 - October 2004, Ana-Maria was Vice-president of the Legislative Commitee of the Council of National Minorities – Consultative body of the Romanian Government.
She has extensive experience regarding retail industry, being involved in the structuring and implementation of complex projects of Germanos Group, one of the biggest Romanian retailer acting in the telecommunication field. She also participated as a legal advisor in different M&A deals, intra-group restructuring of debts. Ana-Maria coordinated the corporate affairs of Germanos Group and its subsidiaries and dealt with all commercial aspects of the current business of the telecom retail company – distribution and franchise agreements, supply agreements, collection of debts, lease agreements, labor law issues, etc.
Ana-Maria finished the Law School of "Titu Maiorescu" University and passed the exam for her law degree at the Law School of Bucharest University.
Ana-Maria HRITUC is member of Bucharest Bar since 2001 and has the right to plead in front of all Romanian courts of law, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the Constitutional Court.
